| haha. so i suppose for those of you who still randomly check to see if
i have made an entry on here since february. here one is...
in case you didn't know i moved up to Kansas City in the very first
part of August. life has been going great and i really like it here.
but i'm getting ready to move again.
i'm currently 9minutes North of Downtown KC. but i found a GRREAT
apartment downtown. it is in the Richards & Conover Building in the
River Market area. i'll be on the top floor. corner apartment.
overlooking the downtown airport and river and part of the downtown
cityscape. it is really a great space. i'm sooooo excited. plus i'm
moving there on friday. yup yup. that's right in 2 days. i can't wait.
i'll have a roommate too. her and i are ecstatic. if you want to see

would want to look at is the 2 bedroom. i couldn't afford the loft
style one plus that is just a one bedroom place.
so that is a minor update with what is going on here in my life.

| this weekend. i went up to KC on thursday night. and didn't really do
much once there. just watched 'Groove' and then went to sleep. and then
lounged about on friday. worked out. helped cori with her homework.
then got ready for the Rave in Lawrence. went to that. it was KICK
ASS!!!! Aphrodite was the SHIT. ahhhhh. it was soooo good. then went to
an afterparty in lawrence. but it was crazy crowded so we headed back
to KC to party. got there about 5ish-am and then partied there till
8ish. then relocated to the Ozone down the street and then didn't go
home till 1pm. soooo much fun. saturday or what was left of it i just
slept or lounged about. then around midnight i headed over to a friends
place to drink. got a little tipsy and came home around 5am. went to
sleep. and then didn't really do shit sunday until we left bobert's
place. went to peytons place and played video games and ate dinner.
then we made a quick run to the Ozone to pick up some things. then back
to peytons to smoke a lot. and finally steph and amanda drove cori and
i back to manhattan and got home here around 2:30am.

| monday and tuesday pending. everyone read my Sunday post. i updated it with my weekend events on there. sorry it is really long.

| hmm i better write about this weekend before i forget what happened.
so from my last entry you know i didn't get much sleep thursday. but i
really wanted to go out to see Eric since it was his birthday and all.
so i meet mark at his place and then go to the Loading Zone. have fun
there. get a few drinks. play some pool with this actor from tv. that
was fun. he was really nice. then mark and i head to the Complex. i see
eric there and start dancing with him. yay. i love dancing with him
cause eyes always seem to turn. him and i complement each other very
well on the floor. his 3 chic friends thought we were really hot. haha.
they were funny. so i party there til close and then get invited to eat
at the City Diner over on Grand. so i drop mark off at his place and
head over to City Diner. stayed there forever, and ate waaay to much
but it was sooo good. much better than Bob's. then left and said
goodbye to scott and then a different eric. but instead this different
eric and i talked until 6:50am in his car. it turned out had a lot in
common with him.
so i got home finally at 7:22am and i had to be up at 8am so i could
get ready for my grandparents 50th anniversary. ugh!!! i was sooo
tired! but that was my own fault. i never know when to go home it
seems. went to the reception hall at 9am and helped set everything
up...went to the church for the renewing of the vows...back to the
hall...stayed till about 5pm. it was really nice. the ceremony was
great and the hall decorations turned out GREAT thanks to my Aunt and
Mom and in part to me and my sister.
then i went home and showered and got ready for RENT! met mark at his
place and then drove over together. and met up with Gwen and her guy
Justin there. first time we got to meet him. he is really cute and
really really sweet to her. i hope they last a while, gwen needs a good
guy. she is so much fun. then afterwards we all went to the vodka sushi
bar, Sub-Zero. i love that place. it is really nice and great drinks.
not too pricey either. met 2 really fun girls there. one thought/hoped
i was str8 and then made this adorable pouty lip face when i told i was
gay. i felt bad, she was really hot too. meh. it happens. right steph?
haha. then we went to the complex. all four of us. which is funny.
cause that is where gwen met justin, the gay club. apparently he is
really open-minded and used to experiment a little. haha. well i ended
up dancing the night away half naked on the stage with a couple of my
friends. got home late and CRASHED. since i only had 30min of sleep the
night before. i think that is worse than getting no sleep at all. slept
in really late sunday.
then had to see my grandparents to drop some stuff off and pick up
cookies and cake. yum. then met up with Eric (from the club and then
City Diner) for dinner at Outback Steakhouse. he wasn't really hungry
and only had an appetizer whereas i ate a huge burger and fries and
bread and really good margaritta. then our date continues over to the
loading zone cause i was suppose to see josh that night since he was
working. got a couple drinks there talked to some friends. played some
pool. and then played doubles and got our asses kicks. this one kid was
really good. and the other guy wasn't great but the shots he knew he
could make were really clean. i need to get better. then it was last
call and i say goodbye to Eric at his car and then come back to help
josh close up the bar. locked my keys in my car AGAIN, so josh drove me
down to my house, grabbed a spare and then went to the complex for a
little while. smoked a lil in the car. got there and only stayed prolly
30min. enough to have one drink and watch a few drag queens. leave
there and head to Boxers and Briefs. the strippers were kinda ugly. but
one of my friend was working that night and saw him so that was cool.
got home late again. but whatever.

| more drunken fun last night. headed over to mark's place around 9ish.
then got mcdonalds. he changed clothes and we headed to the Loading
Zone. it was early so no one was really there. had a drink there and
then walked over to Cartel. met Pete and his girls there. had a creme
de menthe latte and then played some pool. i kinda sucked that game but
then this cute guy came up to me asking if i wanted to pay doubles with
his 2 other friends. sure. so we played two games and i ran the table
both games. i guess it helps when you trying to impress someone. then
gave him my number and went back over to the Loading Zone so mark could
pay his tab. sat around talking to the bartenders and mark (the owner)
while they closed. i still need to go back there to pick up my paycheck
for new year's eve night. then mark and i drove over to pete's place
where we continued to drink some more beer. then went downstairs to
play more pool. he has a really nice fast table. and then i started
paying really good again even tho mark won the first 3 games of cut
throat. (normally i would clear the table, knock out pete and most of
mark. then miss a shot and then he knocks me out, bastard  ,
haha) so we drank and played pool until like 5am and then cleaned up
and i didn't get home til 5:40am. fun. i was soo tired. today wasn't
all too productive. going out later. not sure where to or what to do
but hopefully something fun.
my grandparents 50th aniversery is tomorrow so i will be with family
all day tomorrow. and then i am going to see Rent! at the Fox tomorrow
night. i can't wait. till next time. peace.
